Mob Mentality

Once someone enters a situation, they analyze there surroundings in an instant. When large enough mass of people gather in one area, its almost as if they have an influence on the people around them. even if they don't fully understand what it is the large group is raving or rioting about, they join in on the festivity's. People will do things they never thought they were capable of while in a mob, such as rape, vandalism, and arson. People let loose the animalistic side of themselves, and its almost as thought they are on a high, for they don't fully recognize their actions as what they are doing is wrong, they just do it. Even the most sensible of people can fall prey to the mob mentality, and some of the greatest destructions of property, and even the loss of many otherwise innocent lives are lost in the confusion.
